Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process within 30 days of delivery.

  Package Your Carepod

  Carefully pack your device in its original packaging, including all stainless steel components and power cables, to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
